Holland State Park

We missed the Holland Tulip Festival and will be in New England during next week’s Highland Games, but for me, this stop was all about 2 things. 1. Practicing Seascape photography. 2. Scouting the lighthouse for a sunset trip in the future.

Basically, past the lighthouse from the beach is due west. Ideally, I would like to catch this spot in each of the four seasons at sunset. I couldn’t manage it during this visit, but it is only 4 1/2 hours it should be tenable.
