Lake Michigan Summer
This gallery features photos from our recent trip through Michigan visiting lighthouses and other attractions over a long weekend. We specifically kept the itinerary vague so we could hit whatever site caught our eye. Northern Lights were briefly a possibility but alas didn’t materialize. The smoke haze from the Canada wildfires produced some interesting effects and added challenges (mostly with my allergies).
The first picture in each location should indicate the name of the lighthouse or location. This was the first trip with my new camera - Nikon Z8. As always, I hope these inspire your own adventures.
